Getting some nice krispety digital stuff. Not a lot in the way of CV control, but what's there is plenty, and she's good and knobby.
Here it is finishing another row in the all black rack:

...and yes I am aware of how badly this rack is crying out for a Morphagene.

or the DT through Shuttle Control. although my SC has been weird. need to hit up Endorphies.

also, was going to get a second Pam's, but i want to try the Drezno. so. she's inbound.
I must've missed you mentioning it before! I would've sold you my Drezno+Lipsk.

I've used both together and while the effect is interesting, I don't find myself using it to its fullest capabilities. I only really used it in two ways: 1, as a bitcrusher (which it's excellent at) and 2, as a percussion sound generator (think short distorted blips, not like a Noise Engineering or ALM drum module where you can shape the sounds). Gonna sell it for sure.

   wow that's a beauty! Get a Morphagene or Magneto in the bottom and you're done.

The concept seems fascinating, but I've been wondering if it's lacking from not having more components of the "binary machine" available. Having 8-bits of triggers like that does seem excessive and it's really hard to imagine using all of them. Or that inverting them would really do all that much to the overall patch... How does it sound when you put audio into Drezno and then take the output signal from one of the lower bits? Does it sound musically related at all? It's just hard to conceptualize in my head what that would sound like.

I've also been looking into something like the Joranalogue Compare 2, which, while a fundamentally different logic circuit, appears to do similar functions in terms of you can put audio in and get some cool things out, or get triggers based on LFOs.

EDIT: Turns out I can answer that myself:

yeshhhhhhhhhhh. i'm super excited to hear it's conversions of audio, but i'm most interested in the gate/short bursts out.

this totally sold me on a Tallin and the way they use the outs from Le Drezzy to modulate it is HAWT.

I've got 3hp empty.

Anyone mess with the Erica Pico DSP?

Could be fun time to have dub echo on some slaps and smacks.

The absence of envelope and VCA modules is currently covered by the 4 Rolands, which I just customize as needed via ipad. They're great for digital VCAing and mixing, and the Torcido has been my favorite digital mixer for a couple of years now. It also has an absolutely insane bass boost that will put any subwoofer to the test.

Nebulae 2 is also a contender for the sampling position here.

Ordered the Trogotronic m16 mixer/vca for my other 12u rack (which is about as close to full as this one), completing the set of all the current run Trogotronic modules. Pic when it gets in.

I rearranged my plan a little to get a bit more robust clocking modules. Only changes I can see myself making in the future would be to swap the Alter 2 and either Ears or Radio Music for Morphagene, Nebulae 2, DLD, or whatever is replacing Clouds.

I didn't realise something could make the Morphagene seem so simple in comparison. Especially something so small. Does look neat though. I could not make sense of what was happening in the video so I read through the manual. I understand it a bit better now. I think. Seems like a cool module to fill a little 2hp hole in a system, so I might pick one up eventually, but I think I'll wait until there's more out in the wild.

8 FUCKING HOURS of record time. This is going in my ‘other’ rack. You know, the one that doesn’t already have a Morphagene. Looks awesome!

Also Mantic PLL eurorack style should be available soon. Crush and multiply plz
