It's a warmoth parts build, Swamp Ash Body,Fat ass Maple neck, Ebony Fretboard. Two GFS lipstick pickups, ~6k in the neck, and ~4.9k in the bridge wired up like a normal mustang. Butterscotch blonde paint from reranch.com, it's a matte finish, and the grain was left sort of open, so you can sort of see the grain through the paint, and the texture of the grain is still present. I drew the headstock logo on with a grease pencil, and then put the clear coat down. Same on the pick guard, grease pencil and then artists workable fixative on top.
I love it, I really do.

Yamaha SGV-300 and SBV-500. They're badass (out of production) reissues of guitars they made in the 60's. I wrote a little more about it 10 or so pages back in the "post your guitar" thread

Results time! (all of these are very rough estimates)
total: roughly 140
average per person (of poll participants): 3
percentage bought: %86
percentage built: %14
percentage of us that are very immature: %15
percentage of us that are haters: %3
thanks for playing!

On a side note what do I do to my Blacktop except Mustang bridge which I will probably already do.?. The input jack sucks too, but what else y'all think.?.

Replace the terrible bridge pickup.

My Jagmaster has two Duncan Designed pickups... I thought maybe swap the bridge p-up's for giggles... Other wise I changed the strings and rearranged pedals (from a Strat) and it RAWKS...

I counted my Thunderbird bass. along with my Duo sonic.
I'm actually surprised I didn't see any Friebird/Thunderbird posts.

I just meant the Blacktop bridge PU. Mine sounded like electric doodoo (and not the cool kind).

most firebirds and thunderbirds don't have offset waists. some variations (firebird x) do, but the standard design doesn't.
