I was just jamming bass -> Fat Sandwich -> Mini -> Rusty Box.
I started recording too late and missed all the good improved riffs I had going on.

Yes. I love the washiness of this loop.resincum wrote:haha shit perhaps we should trade and remain in debtto celebrate being fucked by the man here is another episode of "chasing basinksi "
you know you have too much shit lying around when you use a drone thing to hold the mic in place ...

So today, I introduced the Red Rooster Booster to Meet Maude. They got along swimmingly. Drone rock moments galore.

Basically, I am trying to say that Maude loves the Cock. Deal with it.

Re: Setup of the day thread?
Procession (hold mode with the loooooong filter sweep) into Boss PS-3 (mode 7, beyotch!) into Team Awesome Fuzz Machine (just a hint of dirt creeping in around the edges) into Ekko 616 Dark (single repeat, little bitta modulation) has been ruling my shit for several days...

Unrelated, I keep trying to downsize and end up leaving shit on my board because "what if". How do you guys get around that? Like realistically I know I'll probably never use anything other than delay, reverb, and dirt in a band setting. I use flanger/phaser like once a set at most and definitely don't need it. Ideally I want to be down to a pedaltrain mini for bass vi and I'm thinking Accountant->memento->Afterneath->Supercollider mini->DD5-Fuck->RV3

Re: Setup of the day thread?
Will that all fit on a Mini?
I would maybe look at some of those new sizes. They have one halfway between a Mini and a Jr.

Re: Setup of the day thread?
I dont have one established set up and always throw a couple pedals down to see how they work together. & when Im jamming and I can get overwhelmed with too many pedals on the floor. Im a pretty minimal dude in general, But if I had a band and set list I could see that change.BoatRich wrote:Dude I need a superego and a DD20.kbithecrowing wrote:

Re: Setup of the day thread?
I realized that all I need to play my noisy stuff is an OD, Fuzz, and Suboctave, but I'm still getting a Warped Vinyl for so many reasons.
And I want a reverb to run sandwiched between my dirts. And I have a looper that I've only managed to incorporate into one song.
And I want a whammy for some lightning bolt pitch shifting tones. Maybe shift my suboctave fuzz up an octave cause why not.
My solution to the GAS vs usefulness dilemma is a PT Jr. Big enough for all the essentials plus one or two weird effects, and small enough to keep me from going overboard.

Re: Setup of the day thread?
Dude. Pedaltrain nano. You need nothing else (except for ample floorspace for everything that doesn't fit)
