jia. the Odessa doesn't really tickle me. the SWN makes me want to swap it for my E352 for Main Case Action Times.
WANT

I think that was the worst video of a very impressive module re: Odessa. They skipped all the sweet spots so fast. I'm holding out hope for a better video, it really does seem compelling - just a terrible example vid.

and other (hopefully small as butts) neat ring mods to check out?
You should start dressing like this guy though:

Exactly, dude was in a rush to show ALL the partial harmonics. I would say that was kind of a feature/technical demo and wasn't intended to represent real life usage.

it's really cool looking. i'm not trying to shake up my system THAT dramatically right now though? like the FLXS and Deluge as the predictable, easy to program options, then have some bits and bobs i really like for How The Fuck Knuckles Did THAT Happen action times.

Yep. Kinda wish the ETA wasn't end of the year for all of that stuff to come out, and I'm hoping they shift to that color scheme for good, but either way it was all nice.
I think my Superbooth GAS rankings are:
Dreadbox Medusa
DSI Sequential Prophet X (waiting for dat desktop version though)
4ms Spherical Wavetable + black panels
Dreadbox Erebus 3
ALM Sampler + DCO's
Intellijel joystick 2
Biggest disappointment was easily the OP-Z. Considering cancelling my preorder rn. It just... doesn't look like it'll ever be finished. The app is a cool gimmick but as of right now I haven't seen anything that impresses me to the point of adoration like with the OP-1. I'm gonna give myself a week to make a decision RE: that. I'm trying to save up for whatever my Sweetwater rep was talking about RE: Moog but that in itself is a gamble considering it could be anything or way out of my price range lol.

i liked the OP 1 a lot but.... yeah. dunno if the OPZ will ever be done and.... relying on a separate, completely unconnected piece of gear to provide something as important as the SCREEN? nope. noooooo way would i get into that.
there's so much hawtness, and i will look HARD at the ALM sampler, because everything they do is magic, but the only thing i am crazy pants wettingly oop my junk fell ALSEEP from desire excited about is the SWN.
that.... looks AMAZING. WANT.

So far I'm really enjoying playing with Stages along with my Mother 32. It's made this one voice so much more interesting.
Being able to CV a specific stage on an envelope, add sample and hold, extra LFOs... Feels like I was missing out before! Can easily see how having two or more would be great in a small setup.

Speaking of chord sequencing modules (a few posts ago) - this one has my interest. I don’t think I can resist the design:

very cool. Nice to see someone make a slightly different looking module for once!

that IS interesting.
lol. great. a module so weird looking it has to go in the center of a row OR IT THROWS THE WHOLE AESTHETIC DESIGN OUT OF WHACK I'M LOOKING AT YOU EUCLIDEAN CIRCLES.
.... there's a v2 of EucliCircs now. let's you also do steady patterns as well as Euclidean patterns. hardware LOOKS the same, so hopefully it's an update for existing users?
