Wow, just tried the PY on bass for the first time, it absolutely rips! Even better than with guitar because I always find filters easier to make work on bass. It is instant NIN but also so much more.

hell yes. hotter output basses in particular are crushing.

Only bass vi so far, will try with my other two (higher output) basses later! I expect the active fretless to be bundles of fun.

Has anyone taken one of these through TSA/airport security? I've never had an issue with pedals before, but I feel like the mini-tubes inside could look more suspicious. Or maybe I'm just a worry wort.

I did, went fine other than the TSA lady not knowing how to open the white box it came in. She said, "That's pretty, what is it?" "How do you play a guitar through that?"
