Playing Halo 5 out of sheer boredom. I have to say, it's uhhh basically the same as all the others. LOL

Mine is sitting vertically between my monitor and the modular and is usually noisy as fuck...

Mine is crazy loud, though I think that a lot of is it vibrating on the table, maybe?

Mine is horizontal behind my tv but I do think a good amount of the noise is due to it sitting on a wood table

I wasn't home this weekend so my friend just went ahead and beat Dark Souls, fucker. Got home last night and beat the Pontiff fuck face boss before logging off.

Don't do Pontiff Fuck Face with 2 phantoms, dude gets an ungodly amount of health.

Our PS4 is super noisy, lying horizontal. Haven't tried it vertical.

And yeah, bosses in the Souls games always have more health when fought by several players. Which is why it's easier to fight a boss by yourself rather than with someone who doesn't know what he's doing

So I'm like 5 hours in and I'm really getting into it. I managed to find a halberd and a shield with 100% physical protection, which is basically what I worked with in DS2. I feel like I should base my build off a different set of weapons, but I really like halberds, so I probably won't. I've still only run into one boss so far

Try other weapons a bit, to check the movesets. Don't only focus on the damage value, the reach and speed of weapons is super important too.

Then choose the one(s) that you actually like, and that's it. There are almost no bad weapons in DS. Some are a bit better for PVP or people really min/maxing the shit out of the game but if you like how a weapon works there really is no bad choice for normal playing...

The halberd for me is pretty optimal between reach, speed, and damage. It's a bit slower, but it has pretty massive damage and amazing reach. I was playing with the uchigitana for awhile, which was alright, but still not my favourite. I usually give each new weapon I find a test so we'll see if I find something I like better. And yeah, in DS2 I wouldn't usually PVP with the halberd. It was far to predictable and punishable.

Yea I mean they get more health, but dude gets fucking absurd health with 2 phantoms.

I've been using the Onikiri and Ubadachi katanas with the Silver Kite Eagle Shield. No one ever expects me to use the dual wield special move when I have a shield out.

Depends what you consider a spoiler. Personally, I've tried to stay completely dark on this game. No boss names or locations or anything.
I hear you on that silver kite eagle shield. Been using that one with Uchigatana. Dumped a bunch of shards into a rapier, as well, but haven't messed around with it yet.

MGO3 is like a really dysfunctional relationship, but I always come back.
