So....a long time ago Crass had a website hosted by Southern (who kinda suck these days from what I understand). That picture was up as "proof" that crass influenced rap. Supposedly the guy's name is Junior. The only singer I've found from that era in the UK is an R&B/pop singer named Junior Giscombe.

Probably should listen to someone's music before making assumptions :idk: probably just a dumb article written by some person at southern when they got a webpage for filler...didn't really think about it.

Anyway, Steve Ignorant claimed to be starting an educational childrens hip-hop group in the early 1990s at some point before Stratford Mercenaries. Don't know if anything exists from it though. I think he really does dig rap.

Nothing wrong with Can and Faust. I think I have those Faust albums.

How about some d&v though?

He did backing vocals for Linx

(Cool gear!)

And Kim Wilde in a Beastie Boys shirt...maybe that was Junior's connection to New York?

Ok, Lord Galvar. Saw this huge photo in the lobby of my son's freshman dorm.

I'm not sure how to feel about it. Should I be horrified? Or impressed? It covered the wall.

I was just thinking of this thread when I listened to that last ilf podcast. I think I've met/talked/known the person that makes those shirts but I could just be confused. There is an old sakevi folktale that he stabbed someone for wearing a bootleg gism shirt on a train. It is his business those high fashion t-shirts...he puts out a new line of shirts every so often if you wanna drop $300 on a Gildan.

Missed that posted aedes. I'm walking somewhere now. Be back later.

What job is a Crass fan going to have except a career student?

Nah, feel nothing. It's been normalized into mainstream culture.

I want to know what they are looking at. Vegan chef competition? Naked Bike Ride? Crusty performance art?

This guy at this Student Union?:

You're right. But it still shocks me.

Perhaps they celebrate the removal of Silent Sam? Nah. Probably something spirited and sporty.
