The ER-301 might have a bunch of filters, but there's something to be said for analog filters that digital filters don't do that well. I know, I know, I know that's the cliche thing about analog v. digital, but if there's one analog vs. digital comparison that's absolutely true, to my ears, it's this one. I went through with my friend's ER-301 and we went through the filters and it was really apparent. That being said, I would totally use the 301 to make a fixed filter bank if it were easily possible.

Also, Behndy, I haven't forgotten to message you about the 101/102 combo.

Anyone have an idea when cold macs will be available or when anyone besides ctrl/mannequins will have stock of the modules (to avoid tax)

Maximum minimalisation... going from 60hp (Nono Rover) to 42 (Frap Tools Plus). This should be interesting... Plaits is looking more and more like the best sound-to-space-ratio for such a small case.

Dudes hit me if you want the Nono... or White Whale... or DPLPG...

So I currently have this setup + a No Coast and both Field Kits (just waiting on the DLD that will be here any day now):

But, I bought Behndy's Tallin since I've been wanting one since before they were released and my setup is light on VCAs and drive. Only problem, my rack is clearly full and I am not going to expand. So I have a couple solutions that I am considering:
1) Drop Radio Music and Links; add Tallin and 2hp of something. I own a 2hp passive mult and a Unity Mixer, but I'm thinking either a 2hp EG or Tune, a DPLPG, or a W/
2) Drop Batumi and Links; add Tallin and 8hp of some kind of modulation. I'm thinking an A-142-2 or maybe it's time I finally join the ranks with a Pamela's New Workout
Either way, I've got some extras I'm going to need to sell: https://www.modulargrid.net/e/racks/view/670390

Hey Ya'll! The Behringer Model D sounds so damn good!

The Oscillators scream, the filter is what you would expect, the envelopes are snappy and the mixer provides nice saturation. The build quality is decent, all-in-all this is probably the most value, period, in any analog synth that I have ever seen/experienced.

Yeah, I am not a fan of Behringer in general too. But...I gave it a try and WOWZERS.

I think I am just going to put a sticker over the Behringer logo.

I've tried the Behringer Model D a few times at a local synth club and it sounds pretty good but something about it just doesn't seem reassuring to me. It's probably just prejudice against Behringer but I can't shake it. It did randomly stop working during one meet up but has since started working again so who knows.

Hard to really knock it for the price though.

had an hour to kill before i could leave work so i grabbed a power amp and an Aggy GS112 to fuck around with the Lyra.

looooove. thing has so many sounds.

can already tell i would LOVE if it had 2 outs, one for the first quad oscs, another for the seconds. and a way to use an external LFO.

anybody know if that's a mod'able thing for it?

I wouldn't be surprised if some of this was doable. The insides look very accessable, but you'd need a lot more skill and knowledge than I have.

Also, glad you're enjoying it! I will miss it, but it wasn't getting the love it deserved over here.
