In KS, even though I'm a registered Republican, I'm voting Democrat across the board. I can't deal with these fucking piece of shit politicians ruining my state anymore. There are a few Libertarian candidates I'd like to vote for, but in KS we are a red state and they don't have a chance in hell. It's Democrat or Republican. Last election, Brownback won by 75%. Fuck, I hope these people pull their heads out of their asses and vote. We have such a low turn out usually. It makes me sick.

Yep. This is the big problem with the 2 party system.. it keeps everything at 2 sides winning back and forth..

And there are MORE than 2 types of people, with more than two stances. I still believe that if we had more than 2 [like 5+] you would be able to get more compromise that would be a little better for the whole. But with the 2 you have this deadlock of lesser of two evils [depending on who you ask's point of view].. so Now we all have to vote for the blue robot because the red one is being a asshole then the blue one will do something to piss other people off and they will all vote back in the red robot and on and on and on and on...

The one thing I can say that I do like is at least here in WA the progressives are starting to fill in on the blue robot's side a bit and it is causing much needed chafing :thumb:

"Corey Stewart: 'i'm endorsed by literal Nazis.'" my biggest motivation in voting tomorrow is to keep that SOB out of public office.

If it were easier to vote more people would vote.

Can't have that.

YUP. Here's an example of the GOP fucking over people who disagree with them on a large scale:

I largely agree with Mudfuzz here, the two party system is beyond broken and the way the political rhetoric is going just makes it worse. Red sucks, kick them out, now blue sucks, kick them out!

That said, it's feeling more and more like the GOP is trying their hardest to install minority rule through various shitty tactics. I'll be voting Beto and pretty much straight democrat otherwise tomorrow. I've always fancied myself more of a moderate but I cannot abide this current climate of absolute republican horseshit.

It would be really cool if sea turtles could talk and make executive decisions.
