Nice setlist! Plus I really like that handwriting as well. Looks nice.

just recorded a first song with Elements!

if i manage to get a hold of a bass to finish the song, i'll totally post it here
btw because i recorded pretty much straight, i got to see the spectral analysis of the pure signal without any preamp or speaker affecting it, the way i have it set it has a lot of very healthy mids and maybe a bit too much highs . but that makes it superspanky with middle and neck positions

which i like

You gotta set the highs high on the Elements...even on bass it's at 3:00 or higher almost all the time.
Shit rocks...just what I needed; the rest of the time my playing was either all clean or all fuzzy, it's nice to have something in between.

I've been feeling very productive musically for the last week. After not recording anything in months it feels great to be coming up with something. I am starting to understand the type of music I really enjoy playing and am not completely awful at.
Also I've been lucky to find a few great bands lately. Refreshing.
Stress isn't too bad right now despite not doing a lot of things I need to do. It's a welcomed relief. This next week is probably going to be hell though. At least there is momentary contentedness right now.

I had a similar experience one time with some computer speakers. It's like

wooooooooo
Gig last night was pretty awesomes. We probably pulled like 30+ people out to the bar on a chilly January night and rocked some socks off. I particularly ruled at singing/playing 20th Century Boy.

recorded another three songs today (sans bass)
i've had a busy semester, so i had no time... now finally i can realize the songs i've composed
there's one that seems weaker though, so i'm not recording that... and there are some i've recoded in september that need some re-recording... but not today

bte: i would maybe be happier about it if i didn't feel like it's completely pointless somehow

Göteborg. Is that close to you?
Nup, it's about 450 kms west of me

But if you come up to Stockholm hit me up.
Göteborg is great. It's by the sea, so the sea breeze can be a bit of a nuisance, (either nice and fresh or FREAKING COLD). If you enjoy fish and shellfish you've chosen the right place to go. So much good food...
Good pubs too.
