So, I'm the only one here who thought that FO4 was utter trash and didn't make it past the first "town" before I put it back in it's case and tried to sell it on Craigslist?

They took an amazing turn based, isometric game that was immensely challenging and turned it into whatever this abortion was. I don't mind the 1st person view, but I do mind the fact that VATS is gone and has been replaced by some sort of weird slow down shit. They took the challenge away and handed me not only a skilled companion (Dogmeat) but Power Armour in teh first like 15 minutes of gameplay and then gave me an entire settlement including all the tools to make whatever the hell I wanted and then told me to craft shit.

Fuck that. Crafting is an arduous, shitty mechanic in the best of games and now they want me to make cities and who the fuck knows what else because it was right about then that I popped it out and said "no more."

FO3 wasn't bad.
FO3NV tried to feel like classic Wasteland but in first person with Fallout flavour text.
FO4 is garbage.
Wasteland 2 is the way to go if you want a classic Fallout game on modern hardware (which is ironic since Wasteland 2 is the sequel to Wasteland which is the genesis and spiritual ancestor to Fallout 1).

Only played until after getting out of the vault. was not hooked immediately. idk.
Though I don't tend to like Bethesda games. Figure I'll give it a shot after I replay Mass Effect 1,2,3 in anticipation for ME:A

fo3 was definitely fun to play, i dont see why fo4 wouldnt be. it's just the whole, "it's not really even a fallout game anymore" thing just gets to me.

Was pretty iffy on Last Of Us, i've always loved what it was doing and knew that it was really high quality.

Reloaded a half played game save and it's clicked with me finally. Hah hah, puns.

After 700+ hours of the Dark Souls series, I'm surprised at how good and fresh Bloodborne feels. What a game. Really enjoying the stuff we got for PS4. Didn't know how much I missed getting video games for Christmas

Hell, I can't wait to be a weirdo and buy all those 2B figurez that they're definitely going to sell. Haven't had a Plantinum Game that was that appealing for ages and I never got around to play Bayonetta 2 - but this has a rad post-cyberpunk tone that looks awesome.
