After converting my contacts' power into the 20/20 format, I apparently have about 20/500 vision.

I would totally swoon over a well done Mia Wallace costume.
I was Vincent Vega for halloween like 4 or 5 years ago. It was pretty good accept my hair wasn't quite long enough to stay in that little ponytail or something.

Right, to read normal-sized writing on a sheet of paper I have to hold it about 4 inches from my face
I'm gonna get into muay thai and I didn't wanna use contacts for fear of getting them knocked out, but I think I'm gonna have to. Or just get used to mysterious blurs and shadows kicking me in the legs.

I think i'm gonna try to get on this site a lot less. I've been unhappy with how I spend my time and I'm gonna try to cut back on surfing the web. Also the gear lust thing is unhealthy for me. It just makes me super money conscious and money focused instead of growing myself as a person or doing something productive.

Those "simplified human face" masks are hella creepy.

I saw this candy bar and am having mixed feelings towards its design.
Part of me sees a poorly-executed facial expression on that M&M dude, a face that doesn't properly convey the emotion that I think he's supposed to be showing. Unless I'm mistaken, given his situation, he's in distress. When I see things like this, things that are truly mediocre, I feel slightly embarrassed. And also I feel kind of bad for the M&M. I don't know why.
Another part of me respects this M&M because although his body is being broken down and melted to join his comrades in what is essentially a mass grave, he doesn't give one candy-coated shit. Look at that face. It's a sardonic look, "oh, M&M bar, big fucking deal".
Also, the chocolate is good in comparison to, like, Hershey's, but the weird tiny M&Ms give it a chalky kinda feel. The novelty is in the odd flavor.
