The longer you cook something in the crock-pot = the less actual skill required.
This roast is going for 10 hours total

My company used to let us rollover our PTO year after year but decided to put an end to it and to cap it a 4 weeks. So, they just paid us out for anything over 4 weeks that we had accumulated. I got a $13k+ check.
That, plus the fact that I took today and tomorrow off makes me a very happy person. Playing guitar, listening music, wasting time reading this site. Good stuff going on today. That's for damn sure.

Got confirmed to compose a film score today. Apparently it's a post-apocalyptic move in the same vein as The Road, so it should be a lot of fun to write music about desperate human nature and survival.
Plus, there is money involved, so I get to take time off work and go to OKC and write/record in an abandoned house on the guy's giant ranch!

I have a Skype interview for another job in DC tomorrow. Good think I had the day off today and decided to get drunk nice and early so I could be ready to sleep for tomorrow.
Seriously, I've been on benzos/pot since like 10PM last night an added booze around 11AM. Bender plus plenty of time for water and sleepy = great interview. (note: I didn't know about the interview until a few hours ago).

Just finished my last training thing to be a dj at the college radio station!
Already discovered some cool, new music too.
It doesn't pay or anything, but I'm happy to be able to do more with music.
