Been waiting for family to start drinking. Now we got the asti flowing and my mom is drinking rumchata like milk.
Wait, that last part isn't necessarily good.
Also note my family doesn't drink much, so any excuse is good.
Edit: and now I'm haning out with a three month old.

Today, I get to have lunch today with a good friend (maybe two) who has been away at school.
Then I'm going to watch
The 2013 Internet Cat Video Film Festival with the lady at a local indie theater.
& I got my Saturday night off, first weekend night off since Halloween I think.
It'll be nice actually hang out with peeps without counting down the hours.
&& I'm baking Italian Christmas cookies with my mom all day on Sunday.
This weekend is looks stacked with goodness

I started reading more, and drinking coffee again. I feel productive an well rested. It's almost weird.

sister asked me to perform at her wedding
she's been living with her partner for over 14 years, and they have three children together, yet it is illegal for them to get married in the state they live. so they're going to tie the knot in new york at niagra falls next spring
i havn't played weddings since i was in high school
going to be awesome regardless

Now that Thanksgiving is safely past, sitting back with my first glass of eggnog this year, spiked with two shots of the blackest fucking rum I could find at the liquor store.
