I've got an Earthquaker Disaster Transport which is a modulated delay.

I am also looking for a Ring Mod and a Phaser. Any recommendations?

What do you use for modulation?

A BYOC Green Ringer and Burford Electronics Robot as ring modulators. Both sound quite different from each other, which is nice. Only use them for recording my own stuff, never for live work as they don't really fit with the live stuff I've done.

Have a Guyatone Micro Chorus - barely use it, chorus isn't really high on my list.

Never owned a discrete phaser, always been part of multi-effect rack mount units.

I had a psilocybe phaser that I just replaced with a tonefactor Nebula, wasn't using phase as much so I downsized. Both are great phasers, Psilocybe is a lot more tweakable.

Only other modulation on my board right now is a Mid Fi Pitch Pirate, unless you can count an UglyFace as mod.

sorry to hijack, but how is that Burford pedal? I was interested in a couple of them until I picked up a Phuzztron. Sounds good but doesn't have much volume and I can'[t mess with it due to the goop inside.

All I have is an EHX Small Stone. I like it, but the normal phaser effect is a bit boring for me.

I want a Flanger Hoax.

Yeah, the Burford's OK. Not had it very long, so need to get me head round it and play about a bit, but first impressions are pretty cool. Doesn't give any real boost, but haven't found that to be an issue yet. I find its an effect that can easily be overdone in a mix. Hope this helps!

I am thinking of getting a Red Witch Moon Phaser and a Copilot Android. That should fit my needs, though I am also intrigued by the Subdecay Noise Box.

I htink I just have my own WTF?HAX! which is a kind of ring moddy thing, and the tremelo on my amp. Unless you count the POG. I have a bheringer tremelo, but it sucks the tonez and has been KICKED OFF THE ISLAND!

Marshall Vibratrem for vibrato and trem. vibrato is kinda neat but subtle. trem is decent, i need to get the bias trimpot inside fixed better

i'm a modulation freak!

guyatone micro chorus - i use this for faster, warbly tones. whereas most chorus pedals tend to roll off a little low end, this boosts low end, which helps maintain a strong tone with the faster modulation.
Boss CE2 clone - i built this one using the tonepad board. it has all WIMA and AVX caps and metal film resistors. it's the only thing that's ever knocked my original CE2 off of the board.
boss bf2 flanger or guyatone micro flanger - i don't do extreme, jet take off type tones. it's really just a more metallic, ringy sounding chorus i suppose.
mxr evh phaser - i love this pedal. it's chewy and swirly and sounds great with fuzz, especially a big muff style.
Chorus side of visual sound H20 - a bit less of a 'boss chorus' tone. the least used of my choruses, it's still good to have it in the arsenal.
boss DC3 digital dimension - kind of a chorus, kind of an enhancer, kind of a unison, kind of all of these things and none of them at all. sounds unreal in stereo. the effect is subtle, its the kind of thing that you dont really notice until you turn it off, and then you just want to turn it back on again.

i also have tremolo in my AC15. mods mods everywhere.

i've also wanted to add one of those old mxr variphase pedals for a while, but have never gotten around to it. i *think* thats what they were called. it was a phaser housed in a wah box to control the speed, and was switchless like the bad horsie wah. when my old band played with OURS their guitar player had one and it was really, really cool - not just for the expression control of speed, but so that you could step on and off to kick the phase tone on certain sections of a part.

YAMAHA MAGICSTOMP: This one is my swiss army knife; there are so many good things in this box. It's so good that I grabbed an extra four (I already had two) when they blew them out for ~$70 each. In particular, they have many of the beautiful delay algorithms from the UD Stomp. Utterly gorgeous for spacey swells, etc.

And putting the Magicstomp in the Quicksilver's feedback loop produces atmospheres that I've only gotten out of things like an Eventide.

Besides that, I've got a few other effects laying around worth mentioning. I like chorus, but I'm really, really particular about my chorus sound. I prefer more of a doubling; the typical whooshy, wooly, leslie-like chorus is just not for me.

That said, I'm finding the BEHRINGER SPACE-C pedal to be one of the best dedicated choruses I've ever used. BIG kudos to Behringer for perfectly recreating not only the Boss Dimension C, but also the Boss VB-1 Vibrato. Boss tech support has evidently stated on several occasions that they will never again produce these circuits (as dedicated analog pedals). In this case, Behringer, as a mass-market rip-off factory, has actually done us a huge favor by resurrecting these classic designs. They sound good, and they're damn cheep too.

I really dig the Behringer VB-2 clone, myself (It'd be nice if it were more extreme/flexible, but it's a very good imitation of the original all the same... I was looking for *real* vibrato in a cheap pedal for years before they finally made the UV300)...

Say, Why the hell haven't Danelectro made a "mini" ring mod!?!?!?!? They're all about "Vintage-esque" effects, afterall (I'm well aware that it'd likely sound really shitty and nothing like a real, high-quality ring mod, but shit, it'd still be cool for making noise, right)... It's a totally untapped market in the mass-produced pedal biz.

I'd be fine with a cheap, fugly-sounding digital ring mod w/ a mix knob (if only so I can drop the bulky multi-effect units that I mainly just use for their "weird" effects and tuners).

I have one of those! It's cool, but it ALWAYS boosts. ALWAYS. I'd really rather have a volume loss...

It's sad, because other than that it's one of my favorite pedals.
