I love this interview -- I think I've stumbled across it like 7 or 8 times, but never when I'm going back to cross reference what he's actually doing, because then I can't find it.

Any of the newer modellers do wonderous things, get two from different companies, use their "versions" of the same amp, have loads of fun with stereo.

It's funny, I bought a used Pod XT and hated it, but I have this Korg AX3G thing that was like $30 and I can get a decent crunch sound out of it, though the Amptweaker Tight Metal through my small practice amp is pretty convincing, even at low volumes.
