Aye
I use FabFIlter ProQ. Shit's real good. Up to 24 bands, built in spec analyzer and Mid/Side.
I also use Ableton's stock EQ8 fairly often on my laptop (Location stuff and Live stuff). Gets the job done for sure.

^ those are parametric eq's, not graphic!

Graphic eq's are few and far between, since it usually doesn't make sense to have a graphic eq in the box.

The api 560 is great, but it is imitating the analog eq. (Which is not exactly accurate if you've never tried it)
I do love it though. the q values let you get extreme without blowing up other values

Hey, you're very right, I'm a dickhead
I don't think I've ever really seen a graphic EQ as a VST. It seems like you would be sacrificing a lot of control for the sake of modelling a specific unit (In the case of the API mentioned above).
They also make a big 30 band fucker but I've never tried it: http://www.waves.com/plugins/geq-graphi ... r-overview

AND Voxengo make a free one: http://www.voxengo.com/product/marvelgeq/
as well as a bunch of other free shit

SPL Free Ranger: https://www.plugin-alliance.com/en/prod ... anger.html
ONLY 4 bands but free

And i just wanna say I've never used any of these so I can't vouch for them, but there they be. Enjoy.

Reaper came with this FFT based dynamics processor that works really well as a graphic eq. You can basically draw the frequency response you want over a graph of what's in the track. I mainly use it for touching up things here or there or when I want to really mess around with a sample (especially snares, to make them oh so crunchy). It also comes with a compressor that can be set to only compress a certain frequency range which is also occasionally helpful. Its not the prettiest plugin though, but it is free and very functional.
