A CT5 with the new(-ish) “Nightly” firmware has a cool delay mode on it.

I've got some inside info on that pedal and I can tell you it sucks.
It sounds like a broken tape or something.

I’ll second Raster 2 and throw a HEY NOW at Champion Leccy’s Swan Hunter…delay/verb/lofi machine with really unique ducking controls that opens new doors sonically. My favorite is Pladask’s Taken. That one’s been around a while but in the past 3 or so years it has become attainable.
