These pedals came up in my Amazon feed last night and I found a hysterical video on them. They seem to attempt to copy the EHX synth pedals poorly. Incredibly poorly, but the price point and some of the god awful sounds they make so of interest me.

Theres something about the sound of "crystals harmony" that I find enticing. Also I see that folks have circuit bent their stuff tough usually as noise boxes, but there's hope.

The only one I have is the "Breath Delay", which has a toggle switch to send it into self-oscillation. It's from their cheaper range of basic pedals, rather than the synth-y ones.
When I was buying scads of cheap Aliexpress pedals, these were always outside of my range. I was super-into the idea od some of them — the fact they have an "Oboe Tone" pedal is so utterly random. From everything I could find at the time (a couple years back) it did seem that the resulting sounds were crappy and unrelated to what they were purporting to be, but yeah, still kinda curious.

Most of the current ones have been on Amazon for the past 5 years, and they consistently get negative reviews (bad sounds, cheap build quality/unreliable). The earlier ones were also getting poor reviews (pre-2018). I certainly would not recommend these.

Yup, even the video that I posted (that doesn't show up) the reviewer showcased a delay pedal where one knob didn't even work. I was thinking of that crystals harmony would be fun in the effects loop in the super ego

I was checking in at Aliexpress for something else, and Aural Dreams pedals crossed my mind, so did a quick search... and found some I hadn't seen before!
By gad I wish these were real! (Real in the sense of "actually doing what they claim to do." that is.) I could not imagine anything more niche, or more fantastic, than a viola de gamba simulator pedal.

Sadly they all sounds pretty much the same. Theres a youtube video that goes through a bunch and its hysterical how horrible they are. They mostly sound like a bad vibrato pedal. The only one I want is the crystals harmony. Its just so damn odd that I want it.
