Ok... So Aen so graciously traded me a Shiva, and I love it. I, funny enough, love it at a "normal" setting as a "normal" heavy fuzz. Very thick and saturated to hell, shit, even rolling back the texture knob doesn't do too much, still saturated heavy ass fuzz fun. :thumb:

THEN as if that wasn't enough... you got a switch that makes it go into... OCTAVE-DESTRUCTO MODE! Which is just an added bonus to the already cool heavy fuzz. Now, I didnt' get to play with the starve function all that much, but, I did find one super useful purpose for it... volume control! :) When I needed to drop my volume a lil bit in cleaner parts, I just hit that starve button an WHAPBAP! nice little volume drop. Tonight I will actually get to futz around more with the knobs, because I was too busy playing music last night to really get to fiddle. I wanna try out the ugly switch and get to know the starve function's purpose a bit more... I have a feeling great noise will come from this pedal... Yes! :jam:

But, the Shiva is a keeper... no dobut.

The Shiva is truly an awesome device. From flat out walls of fuzz to sheer mayhem with the toss of a switch. Happy to hear you're digging it.

Aen really has forged a unique place for his creations in the world of fuzz.

Dude, this pedal NEVER ceases to amaze me... So I was fuckin' around with the octave up switch (which I dig the hell out of) and i hit the starve footswitch and BAM! OCTAVE DOWN! granted it's w/ a bit of oscillations but ehhh... i can deal :) Aen, you make an amazingly deep pedal my friend! I can't wait to see what the Ugly switch does. :p I actually am waiting on a Tascam dp-004, so I will be able to put up some audio clips soon... :yay:
