Field tested the love buzz last night.

As far as I'm concerned it's putting out every bit of fifty watts, which will fucking kill you.
The "less dirty" channell does indeed sound like a baseman about to explode, and the "very dirty" channell is some straight up Boris style roaring.

Were going to try a few channell switching ideas, but sonically it's done, and it is pissed.
Can't wait to show you.

what kind of preamp tubes? 12ax7? thatd be cool in the dumb case of wanting to drop in a 12au7 for a not very dirty channel...

the clean channel does indeed clean up nicely, if you max out the volume and then slowely bring up the gain on the clean channel its LOUD and clean sounding, and of course once you really starting cranking the gain its gets to be a bit of an overdriven bassman "xplding" sort of sound, and becuz of the volume knob you can have the effect at a lower volume, if your into that sort of thing....
