Worked 20 hours in three days painting, feeling good about that. Got 3 and a half houses done, only 4 and a half more :no:

I recently started exercising and feel so great! Last time I did anything like this was probably 4 years ago and can definitely tell how terrible my body is. This time I went in with no goals except run until I feel terrible, do ab stuff, then run home (with stretching). 5 days in and I'm already running farther, and feeling the best I've felt in years!
