I've been waking up with cramping hands from sleeping with my hands like a fist, and my jaws are really sore from sleeping with it clenched. It's really weird, but I guess I'm stressed. Perhaps it's the fact that I've been looking at american grad schools and there is so much to do, coupled with studies at 150%, stressing about the future of me and my long distance gf, planning my seminar series with the motive of getting letters of recommendation, being nervous if I'll get my internship next semester, playing two bands, writing my second bachelors thesis and trying to squeeze in enough work days to have enough money for my travels. Or maybe it's cause I'm trying to quit smoking
