Thanks Kent!
I'll try to not change it for the rest of the year.

Headphone-amp:
It is a Vox AmPlug AC30.
I use it at home to not bother my girlfriend too much with my jams.
It works OK. I set it to clean, but it can do some decent Vox-crunch as well.

Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
So, I finally reached gear paralysis. I literally feel so uninspired by everything, I don't even want to play.
Looking at my board gives me anxiety and annoys me. I feel like I've just let myself get to a place where I was no longer creating and just making noise.
So, here's what I'm thinking. Super downsize time.
The following is what I'm thinking of keeping on a board for now-
FEA Opti Fet
Chase Bliss Brothers (use this as an OD)
VIva Analog 360
Depth Charge
H9
Ghost
Polymoon
Ventris
and Nemesis
Maybe go with less though.
Thoughts?

Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
I fully support the mega downsize. If fiscally possible, I wouldn’t sell stuff, just set up a little board and play it for a while. You’ll love it. I’m forever switching between a setup of five pedals (tuner, fuzz, od, delay, reverb) and a big board which is those plus four or five. Any more than that and I have a hard time being creative. I end up just demoing pedals on the same riffs.

Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
Exactly what I wanted to say. I have most of my pedals up there in the attic. If I had only a third of my collection on a (big) board, I'd be lost. I only use what I really need for the moment. And almost every month or every few weeks I sweap my current setup for a completely different one. I'm still creative and happy.PeteeBee wrote:I fully support the mega downsize. Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
Yeah man, downsizing is fun. Keep it if you can, cause you're obviously invested here and you'll probably just keep buying pedals if you sell them trying to reignite your creativity.
Set up a smaller board, maybe PT-1 sized, and either go with basics (less presets/menus to keep it simple), go with super-versatile (Nemesis, H9, Mercury7/Polymoon, etc), or you carefully mix simple with versatile and figure out a few presets in your head.
Good luck. The most important thing here should be to force yourself not to tie creativity and enjoyment into having options to play through. You've got a major setup, most pedals I've had was 17 (briefly) and I downsized that and found it opened new doors. That could have happened with a 17 deep board but it just didn't until I got stuff out of the way -- probably because some of the pedals were there just to fill physical gaps in the board. That being said, don't sell anything if you think you'll miss it.

Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
yeah, if you can do what you want with some of the super versatile ones and the really super dons cron dirt pedals then go down to a PT1 or something.
Listen, the WORLD is my board. All of the pedals are on it, just out of my reach..
