I don't know that you can really blame him for trying to stick it out. He was arguably one of the more qualified members.

Stormy Daniels has filed a lawsuit claiming that her non-disclosure agreement with Trump is invalid because he never signed the documents. apparently Trump's lawyer filed a binding arbitration action against Daniels on 2/27, presumably to force her silence.
