Hot DAMN, this t'ing be deep. So much range on the knobs, it's easy for the impatient to sweep right past the fun zone.

Its floor is to phasers what the Pitch Pirate is to vibratos. And then it keeps on going.

Envelope modes are appropriately fonky, but I've reserved them for later exploration.

Manual mode is an encyclopedia of comb-filtered EQ emphasis--worth the ask right there.

As expected, expression control of poles is

I'm still trying to grokk what poles does to the apparent lfo waveform; seems like some kind of logarithmic increase in complexity.

Definitely found the ghost, to the delight of seven different dogs in my house (don't ask).

Next up for exploration--secret mode wave shape.

An observation: from book reading I understood that increasing the number of poles in a phase shifter increased the number/complexity of notches in the frequency spectrum,beginning eventually to approach the notch pattern exhibited by flangers.

Playing with the Ghost Fax' insane number of available poles, I understood in reality how this works; and was able to enjoy not only simplex to complexificated phaser-type toans, but ultimately tones akin to a flanger with a really short minimum delay (manual) setting

So I mentioned the Pitch Pirate (which comparison stands with respect to available extremity of controls), but in terms of overall exploding-the-boundaries-of-the-nominal-effect, this is Flanger Hoax and beyond (because envelope modes, because expression control, because moving poles (!!!)).

Anybody else pick one of these up? I know I'm a textwall nightmare, but I'd love to compare notes with other folks as they explore this *very* interesting pedal. Honestly surprised there's not more buzz here. Am I in the wrong thread again?
