*sigh*
I got my Xor'Cist board in like a week, the Arcadiator board took over a month and then my CV thing and the corruptor came in about a week.
It's not that bad, I do have tracking and it'll be here soon, I just got the urge to buy something so I needed something to blame for my recklessness
Having said that, I feel the need to do a decent job of finishing the enclosure for the kit, so it's going to be a week or so before I can play with it, so that's another good reason to buy the Drone Thing.
I know he ships them all fast .. I think international mail is just rather inconsistent.
I love all of Fredriks projects. I has some real fun doing theremin noises with the Into the Unknown going into a reverberation machine and delay the other night. +Volume swells = alien spaceships landing

I tried to finally finish up all my pcbs from him this weekend, and came short on parts for the Into The Unknown and Green Currant
...one day

C250k ? I used a B250k for the gate and it's fine. I also have a bunch of the TDA whatever amp chips for the currant if you need one. Hit me up. Just got a bag of 4015's too.

It's a fool around device. It captures some PLL madness and has a LFO and glitches and beeps and stuff. The filter is badass and you can get some really creepy noises with the pseudo theremin style sounds throbbing.. I highly recommend printing out the knob description from the build guide while you first play with it ..
I really am loving juicing it into the reverberation machine and a delay.. but then again I do that with everything.
I certainly recommend it as a build, it's got a lot of chips and pots but it's an easy board like all Fredriks stuff. The drill guide he provides works great. I used a b250k for the gate because I only had 1 c250k and I put it in the Darkadiator.
Also highly recommend Xor'Cist too. The LFO ring mod fuzz sounds bananas

I have v1 which uses A250k for the gate it looks like. Will have to double check what, if any, other chips I need for that one. The Green Currant I actually do need the TDA, and a .015uf/15n cap
