I miraculously have 4hp left in my ultimate system forever. Thinking of getting a Radio Music to add some vocal clips (ala the aforementioned Mylar Melodies). Where does one procure a built Radio Music? I am not D.I.Y.-man.

Here is the full system for curious heads. When I had my thinking on a Rainmaker, I deleted Rainmaker from my imagination and inserted previously owned Sprott, Fourses, and Let's Splosh. Those three things do not a Rainmaker equal but they def. fuck shit up hardcore party god.

I'd be willing to let my Radio Music go. I honestly never use it so it could definitely use a better home. Shoot me a PM if you're interested.

Edit: also if anyone wants a Mutable Veils, I'd be willing to part with that as well so that I have space and money for an X-Pan

Edit #2: watched a Mimeophone demo and realized that I would have enough hp for one if I sold my Radio Music and Veils. So that's a thing I want to do now

I bought Mr. November's Radio Music. Any good sites for scraping Radio Music approved samples from?

I can also provide some samples! I've been collecting them from the Muffs Radio Music thread. I also converted all of the Conet Project to Radio Music format.

Sweet! I'm also planning to throw a bunch of old poetry readings on there from PennSound.

I'll see how much I can fit on the memory card. Might need to drop them in Dropbox or something though

Instant love for Akemie’s Taiko, so deep and fruity, all the slightly off kilter perc sounds are exactly what I’ve been missing. Gonna be keeping this one for a long time. :)*

i had such a weird relationship with the Taiko. it is amaaaazebuuuuts. but i hate using it. almost every single time it was juicy love LOVE. i just.... hate the space it takes and hate actually using it. might grab again later, solid right now.

fuck me it was HOT this weekend. about 100 the last two days. i had so much shizz planned, none of it happened. and i have like 3 (musical) things that are time consuming but need to be done.

dabnabit.

I agree the Taiko represents a top module of all times. Modulating the ratio and waves parameters in concert leads to instant WTF-core madness. The release link in my sig makes extensive use of the Taiko alongside a DFAM (the only two voices). Taiko infinity.

I love that ALIENS meme. It would not surprise me to learn that the SOMA gent is an alien...

My fucking space bar is fucked up.

Thinking about yanking Echophon from my big-rig and dropping in a Morphagene. I know they are not the same but I think Morpha might help me get some more textural elements happening. Echophon is... just weird? Maybe I'm using it wrong.

I'm not going to sell the Echophon but rather huck it in a lunch-box case to use with the Sewastopol 2... use it like a guit pedal, ya feel me?

Anyway, any thoughts on Morphagene?

i liked the Morphagene a lot, but never used an EchoPhoFan thinger so...... dunno?

murp. got a second Batumi on the way. because that's probably my favorite LFO thing i've ever used. and ridiculous goodness for only 10 hp.

I would agree with this. Morphagene will 100% get you more textural sounds. Echophon really seemed to emphasize the digital delay vibe, which is great, very metallic. I got some serious aggressive NIN vibes from it. Morphagene was more gooey? Less harsh and more fluid in sound.
Youtube Channel?

Yah, word. I watched a bunch of vids last night which showed how to use the Morphagene as a delay, too, so not seeing too many downsides to swapping Echophon out.

I never managed to get any NIN vibes from the Echophon but many cartoon-ish pitch-shifty vibes. Maybe when I'm yelling into the Echophon the aggression will appear to me.
