This one is interesting and is getting me thinking about swapping my B7K and MXR Comp for a pair of micro pedals to save space on my live board. Have you played the Darkglass X7? This one seems like it kinda has that same vibe where the drive side is on the thinner end and you have to have dry in the mix to retain any bass in the signal. But maybe that's just how it comes across in a video? What do you think of the amount of bass coming out when its full wet?

Yes, I have demos of both the X and the X7.
While those are great, the DSM is awesome by itself and I would easily give it an award for best bass distortion in the smallest enclosure.
You do lose bass if the blend is all the way wet, but it also depends on the LPH and gain settings.
This doesn’t have full control on the crossover frequency, but I feel you don’t necessarily need it depending on how you EQ your bass, amp, etc.
I would highly recommend you give this pedal a whirl. I love it and probably will buy a second one.
