I have been weirdly obsessed with hurdy gurdys/nyckleharpas lately, I dunno if y'all have looked into this guy before but the mechanics of these instruments are just so fucking cool to me and I've been addicted to these videos the last few days. Giving me some weird ideas about one of my project guitars lol.

Ah, that's stressful for me. They are talking Swiss German. For my ears this is similar to what the British hear when a guy from Texas speaks to them.
Yeah, it's an archive a Swiss German broadcaster I'm subscribed to.
I don't even speak German, but they upload a lot of interesting looking clips. So, it keeps me entertained.

I'm trying to think how one could get a guitar to withhold the tension, or even the layout of a 6 string, 12 sympathetic string guitar. I keep on thinking about the electrical audio 16 string strat and it's got me spinning my wheels because I fuck all else to do.

Behold, the curabab!
You could totally just bolt a 2x2 onto an existing guitar. I did it and it sounded rad with 2 sympathetic bass strings.

That quickly became one of my favorite YouTube channels.
What the hell, man.
I really like the Las Vegas one especially the drunk dudes in the beginning.
