Re: Seppuku FX
Apparently the seller was successful. But we won't know the last price, I fear.

Yep. The previous KK on Reverb was last listed at 444 euros... Don't know about the final offer though.
How does this work by the way? For most pedals, you can see the history of all the sales for a pedal, over the last couple of years. Seppuku is too niche for having a history tab on Reverb?

never did get around to scoring an IC Water or workalike (or modding a Nux myself)

still sounds great

to those in the know- what is going on in the IC Water/Data Error? Is the bend futzing with the delay time? Is it a random lfo? Some kind of intermittent pulse?

After all this time I still cannot embed a youtube video...
I have to check my data error pedal up against UC's to see if theres a difference. I have the Simon the magpie version which is different. I don't know enough about the electronics to tell what the ned is doing. Dan (Dminer) would be able to explain it better.

Re: Seppuku FX
yeah, embedding youtube can be a bit of a pita, especially on a mobile device
string should look like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LEyoVuG3Jj8
full url, no s after http and after.com /watch?v= then the unique signifier
mobile urls chop up the url to look more like you.tube and get rid of the watch?v= part
its easier on a computer because you an just block and copy what's in the url bar and erase the s
as for the secret of the IC Water, I guess I can see why folks would want to keep it a secret

and now my lappy is about to go down with no reliable power supply until the one i just ordered arrived, so it's the phone for me for a while
expect monosyllabic shitposting

Y'know I copied it from my desktop and dropped it into the tags but I will try again using your knowledge o' jedi master.
I think the main issue is the tight fit inside the enclosure. from what I've seen the bend goes to both sides of the board so for me I don't want to unscrew anything in fear of screwing things up.

Anyone tried/seen evidence of the time core bends on the nux tape core? Curious if the results are similar.

I was wondering about that or their multi core? whatever their modulation version is called if they all are the same infrastructure by way of design.

Re: Seppuku FX
Rhys made a bend of the modulation one and called it Pebbles. I had it for a while. It was interesting, but I ultimately don't get on with modulation pedals much so I sold it. This is the only clip of it I have, where it's just doing some weird fluttery thing to a loop: https://www.instagram.com/p/BFZbn1JnDOt ... uyylpz7s7f
I bent a tape core once. Wasn't that interesting because it's just different head combinations instead of actually different delay types like on the time core.

My Memory Loss is back from Pepe’s, with increased playability ! Super happy with that. The main issue cannot be solved but I can live with it : we found out that, now and then, the ML sort of « freezes », and you have to unplug it and replug it to get the delay working again. That’s just the behavior of the bent circuit.
Happy days, thanks again man !

Install a momentary soft touch switch NC in the power in line. Can restart it on the fly with a tap
