What kinda drive is the turntable? if you are lucky it is just the belt thats fucked. Though iirc wheel driven turntables were popular back then, though that may have been more high end models

Turntable was direct drive. Had the thing where you could stack the next record up top and auto switched. Too
Much ducking around for “just wanna listen To music.”

Got the speakers back in and moved the unit into position. Inside is a rats nest at best, but that will come in time.
