Nice score! I've always wanted to try out a Dwarfcraft SOMMS and Pitchgrinder as well!

As with most things, I didn't get hip to dwarfcraft until they were largely done building. I randomly got a recommendation from ebay about something that lead me through a few clicks and a bunch of dwarfcraft listings that didn't seem to have too many eyes on them. I set a reminder to watch about a half dozen auctions that saw mild bidding wars in the last minutes, but everything went for really nice prices and I got lucky on these 2. Tonight is dwarfcraft night...so far all my time has been with the pine-box wide which I'm REALLY loving. What a steal at $135 shipped. I have yet to open it up and check out the trimpots, but I hear it is very versatile...can't wait to find out.

I was contemplating looking for a swell thing like a slow gear clone but after really things about usage and sounds and shit... I am getting a 70's Ernie Ball Volume Pedal  I have the stereo one which is sort of neat but it is... very... odd.. also it doesn't go dead silent so a mono one without the trim seems like a good idea? :idk:

 Pitchgrinder is suuuper fun. Actually the only arpeggiator I ever found useful. Easy and with the 3 things I could ever need: length, tap tempo, and single-step settings. Got it on the board for a few months ages ago, but at the time I wasn't using it enough, would like to mess with it again sooner or later.

Not related but my bad luck seems to be having a good time right now: Context 2 is lost and the shipping company doesn't want to refund me because the package results as delivered, and the Loog guitar I bought for my daughter the beginning of December has been sent back to the shop after 1 month of being stucked at a DHL processing center even before leaving Germany.

I had to order more fukk patch cables  but this should allow me to move my tuner and compressor to the right spot and then I really have fucking rad board. The last pedal that I want is a Virus fuzz - after playing the one I had built for Johnny Angle its too rad not to have one. I have kicked the idea of throwing my dirt / delay combos into a OBNE signal blender to run them parallel instead of as a chain - that idea I am going to sit on for a while. I am starting to feel the urge to put some stuff down on tack so likely there will be some sort of usb interface to go into my computer after March. (I already spent all of my monies) :joy:

My new (used) guitar, a 2017 Fender Duo Sonic in Surf Pearl, and the hardshell case that came with it. :yay: :!!!:

I know I've occasionally ranted about GC, but I would like to thank them for this deal.

Hotone Acoustic Simulator

the wah is for the main setup; the AS will be used mostly on the front-end auxiliary board to provide additional voices and textures for loops. it's surprisingly convincing...i watched a bunch of demos and it beat the Boss unit by miles. it's also waaaaay simpler than a piezo bridge and an acoustic guitar processor. but it's deeper than it looks; there are 7 or 8 different modes including a banjo mode that's kind of crap in isolation but makes an interesting faux Asian sound with additional processing, and multiband semi-parametric EQ, but you have to menu-dive to adjust the parameters.
does the hotone have a clean blend
