https://reverb.com/item/46285362-vintag ... super-rare

This Instrument was Custom Ordered from Teisco in 1975 and its unique features are:

A Custom Color Black Lacquer finish

3 Piece Neck with Rosewood Fingerboard

Special Headstock

Special Tuners

Special White Composite Pickguard

Plus the thing the SS 4L is known for, 4 Awesome "Gold Foil" Pickups.

I have included photos of this Instrument side by side with my 1975 Stratocaster,

which is also Black, to verify and document the year of manufacture.

As the photos show under the blacklight they are Identical.

As far as sound and play-ability:

The "Gold Foils" sound Fantastic.

Each Pick Up has a bright brilliant distinct sound of its own, moving very gradually from Bridge to Neck. The Bridge being the brightest gradually moving to the more "Middles" and then finally the "Woody" sound of the Neck pickup with a big full Rich sound. Pickups can be run Individually or in any combination desired by the player. They are engaged by switching the rocker switches to the Down position. Off is the reverse.

The Original Frets are showing no real wear to speak of, please see close up pictures for detail.

The action is low and pretty low as you ascend up the Fretboard. Shown in closeups.

The Special Tuners are nickel-chrome with Fender written on special gold inserts.

As far as the metal on the Guitar, there is corrosion on the bottom side of the string holder below the Bridge. The Top side is shiny and pretty nice. The Bridge Itself is in Very Good condition and all adjustment screws work properly.

The Intonation is set Properly at both the 12th Fret high "E" as well as the high "B" position 19th Fret.

The back of the Neck feels smooth and nice.

This is a solid, well-made Guitar.

Cosmetically there are 2 issues of note.

1) There is a scratch on the Headstock that has been "touched up"

as well as some much smaller areas on the Body and back of the Headstock.

There is also black lacquer touch up on the center seam on the back of the Neck.

All of this is shown in the pictures.

2) In some areas of the finish,( primarily the Back) there is some discoloration of the black which I suspect was probably caused by long term storage in a guitar case, as I have seen that happen to Fender guitars as well. This is also shown in the pictures.

Other than that the finish looks pretty nice for the most part with a nice shine to it.

This Beauty will come securely packed in the Brand New Gator Case shown in the pictures.

Please look at all pictures Closely and Ask any questions I may have left out.

Thank You.

Rarest Marshall Cab- Model 2056- 1974-2x15 Scooped Ultimate Bass Cab-Two Eminence Legend CB158 15"

Rarest Marshall Speaker Cabinet Ever Made- This model was only made by Marshall for two years - 1973/74

Ultimate Bass Cab -
Model 2056 - 1974 Scooped 2 x 15" Professional Series
This Professional Series Marshall speaker cabinet was designed with 2 x 15” Powercel Speakers, capable of 250 watts. It has a rear loaded horn enclosure. As Marshall put it in their adverts in 1973 /4 the horn was designed to give “emphasis to bass frequencies”. The cabinet retains the original Marshall recessed handles. This particular series was designed to meet demand for larger PA systems, bass and electric guitar. It was developed by Marshall to offer what was (at the time) near-studio facilities at a gig.

This Vintage Marshall Model 2056 Speaker Cabinet is a rare beast.

After you play and hear this cab, you'll say " That was Thunder Right There".

Recording use only - in the studio for the last 47 years -
It packs a lot of punch with the two replaced 15” Eminence Legend CB 158 15" cast aluminum frame speakers. They offer 8 ohm each, 4 ohm total load, 300 watts each, 2.5" - copper voice coils, 80 oz magnet, frequency range of - 45hz to 3000hz.
Perfect for bass & electric guitar.

The grill cloth is all original Checker Board grill. It retains the 9” Marshall badge. There are a few small rips to the Tolex. The 2 larger rips have been re-glued back in place with the original covering.

If you’re looking for a serious statement for your “man- cave”, or if you actually want to really use this kind of power, then this speaker cabinet delivers.

This is a heavy bit of kit. Ideally, this is a collection-only sale. However, by negotiation, I could deliver to anywhere in Toronto -GTA area. The dimensions are: Height 51" x width 35” x depth 19” (I’ve kept it Old school as this was made pre-metric).

Two removable velcro grill cloth panels -

The horn has been removed -

Four Original Marshall casters-

The sound projection from this cab is - Unbelievable

From the 2x15" speakers projection and tone is amazing - powerful & intense -

From the scoop below the speakers you have another more intense bass sound powerfully exiting the cab which is earth shatteringly powerful -

This is the Best Sound - tone - bass guitar cab I have ever heard -

Feel free to ask questions.

Additional photos available of all gear-

All gear is in perfect operating condition and can be sound checked live -

Check my other listings for in depth explanations of this gear -

All gear is Recording Studio use only -

Step 1: photograph large structure, which appears to be a 200+ year old cathedral
Step 2: make absolutely no fucking mention of giant fucking cathedral
Welcome to Castle Canyon, a truly majestic area of land located in Brooksville, Florida. This 78+ acres of land was once a rock quarry in the 1920’s.
That's your opening? Umm, it used to be a rock quarry...do rock quarries usually come with abandoned cathedrals?!? Is there a niche subgroup of people who want to live on former rock quarries?
A well maintained 3 bedroom/2 bath manufactured home with new roof in 2019 sits on the top northern side of the property with stable next to the home with a metal roof.
No exterior or interior photos of this structure....but hey, there's an abandoned cathedral (which we're not going to talk about) and rocks here....so give us three-million dollars.

https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1044 ... 1627_zpid/

Image

I Googled CC and found this:
There is an old castle that lies back in the thicket of the property which was used for rock distribution and sorting when the Mine was in service.
WTF? They repurposed a castle for fucking rock-sorting, or they built a castle-like structure in the early 20th-century for the sole purpose of rock management? Hey, we got all these rocks around, let's build a castle.

Without doing a much deeper dive, all you can find is 5K race information for the property---nothing about its former owners, estates from the property---or you know...abandoned castles/cathedrals.

https://reverb.com/item/46454654-very-r ... y-receiver

A weird one here...

This is a Telonics TR-2 VHF Tracking/Telemetry Receiver for wildlife tracking. Not sure if there is audience for this, but figured Ill put it up.

Comes in a very nice saddle leather case, with shoulder strap, additional strap for a horse saddle and original power supply. Reasonable offers are welcome.

This one is on 150-152 MHz

Cool fact: Manufactured for San Diego Wild Animal Park
Batteries not included
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Small and lightweight in design, the TR-2 covers a 2 MHz (2000 kHz) frequency band and accommodates approximately 180 transmitters, each separated by 10 kHz. Capacity may be increased to 360 or more transmitters with an extended frequency range option. (Note: There are specific frequencies that are not available on the TR-2. Consult the laboratory to confirm that this will not affect your reception when working with transmitters supplied by Telonics.)

The TR-2 offers precise digital vernier tuning, direct frequency display (frequency and channel are synonymous), and is designed to maintain high sensitivity and calibration accuracy under demanding field conditions. Advanced RF amplifier design provides four times the sensitivity and twice the operating range of many other receivers. High quality military specification reference crystals assure stability, and the triple conversion superheterodyne design offers exceptional dynamic range. Both very weak and strong signals can be controlled with ease and high resolution. The TR-2 has a self-contained power pack that can be recharged through AC wall current or a 12 VDC power source or storage battery. The Receiver combines with the TS-1 Scanner/Programmer for a system with fully automatic frequency selection. Special power supply options are available for a variety of applications.

Telonics TR-2 Includes the Following:

NEW from UAD!!!

**The F-3A Farraday Mix Helmet**

This baby needs no introduction. So I’ll skip right to the specs:

-Full aluminum Mogami head capsule
-Tapered cardioid mast
-48v Phantom Power
-Superior RF shielding technology
-Accepts both male and female TRS inputs
-Switchable lookahead mode designed to correct mix mistakes before they happen
-Switchable Brit mode if you’re into that
-Systematically improves mix decisions and eliminates unwanted hum

This unit works flawlessly and really does give you THAT sound you’re chasing. If you know, you know. Selling because I bought the larger version due to brain expansion. Open to reasonable offers.

I’ve gotten sick of every pop and hip hop song using marimbas. So I went hunting for an old agkockenspiel which has a similar timbre but doesn’t side like every other beat. I mix it up with an sm7b or Soyuz 013, and then give it some boucinessn wound toys echo boy jr, and add a fabrilter Saturn or cableyguys shaper box to get some one of a kind sounds.
best,

Well, if you like that, you'll like this:

Nagra SN Reel to Reel Recorder

Belonged to Russ Meyer - director of many hollywood cult classics including 'beyond the valley of the dolls' - there is audio of Russ and an actor going over lines on one reel.

This unit was just sent to Glen Trew at Trew Audio Nashville to be serviced. Glen replaced the motherboard to be able to get the unit back up to perfect working condition. The microphone was not sent to Glen and may still need some work. When connected it seems to only produce static - but that could be my limited knowledge of how to properly record and playback audio on this unit.

This Nagra SN is in beautiful condition with only a small dent on the front cover. Comes with extra reel, carrying bag, microphone, and old motherboard.

Open to serious offers.

Record 1 minute of silence. Play it back with the tape reversed @ half speed and you will hear the sound of Russ Fucking Meyer running your collector ass down.
