Wampler?

What is the ILF consensus on Wampler?

I've always ignored them due to the overwhelming love jus gives them.. but their eq pedal interests me maybe.. what's their build quality vs price and what not on these guys?

I had a Sovereign distortion ages ago that I recall liking but flipped it once I got a ss/bs fuck.

They seem to be of decent quality and have plenty of options to cover bread and butter kinda sounds? We had a few of their pedals in stock when I worked at a music store but people rarely bought them.

I just saw their newest delay is called the Metaverse..... not for me

:idk: Yeah I don’t like the graphics, but I hate most pedals that use graphics, unless it’s incredible I’d rather none…

So… what is their equator a copy of? I like what is does.. if it did what it says it would take the place of two pedals I use to reduce piezo shrillness

Imagine if Earthquaker Jamie had a younger brother into Jethro Tull, instead of Black Sabbath. —Solid builds by solid people…still pedal nerds, but not the friends you smoke with during lunch period.

I like the few Wamplers I've tried/own.
I've got the tumnus and their boost on my board.
I don't dig any of their graphics, nor the P&W-iness of their gear, but I reckon it's legit as fuck. Brian is old school DIY and knows a lot about circuits, and back in the day before Wampler got real big his board layouts were as sick as Dr Ryantists. So my general impression is that he has his shit together.

Wampler's way goofier than Ryan though. Difficult to believe, but true.
