Usually the only way I get myself to do things like that is to just keep trying it again and again. Eventually it'll become easier. Or if you're worried about the sound of your voice, put it through the mutha fuckin' TC Helicon son and you'll sound amazing.

I'll call you, buddy. You live near me?

By the way, if you're shy about being on camera, you should just do a porn - nip that shyness right in the bud.

obviously the solution is to get drunk and not give a fuck.

no but really though, no one's going to make fun of you even if you sound ridiculous. which you probably won't!

Are you making a Demo Vid,...or some sort of instructional vid.

On demo vids,...seriously STFU and play the pedal. Add captions if you need to get a point across and save your fucking back story for the description text. Nothing I hate more than clicking on a pedal demo and some yutz spends the first 5 minutes yapping away.

Unless your AEN,...

Instructional Vids,...just reference any Expert Village video and don't do what they do.

Buy white python boots, white coily cable, DrZ amp and follow the good advice of warwick hoy: STFU and do noices. Then some captions :thumb: and the mandatory subliminal messages like PRAISE $ATAN ,or pics of Your unmentionables or stupid jokes like a four letter word, found in a Vatican mirror and in the girls underwear. Ends *unt.

Ok? :poke: Now GO and MAKE IT HAPPEN, the fuzzy breathren in counting on YOU, my friend, Your Gnomish demos are needed to awaken the peeps to make more noisy rawks!

For great victory!

Well right now I just kinda need to find some time to do it since I just got SWAMPED with orders. But!

1) I wouldn't talk through a demo, unless there was something that just kinda HAD to be explained that way, for whatever reason.
2) What I was going to make is an instructional video for how to build on a perfboard for a certain lovely member of ILF. I'm thinking I'm gonna do it in a combination of macro pictures and short videos, though.
3) I'm not really embarrassed about my voice... although, Sammy makes fun of it. But have you heard his? He sounds like someone has a finger up his ass at all times.
4) OMG drunk demos are the best idea I've ever heard, and we'll see!

just make sure that you do your demo on a g&l legacy through a 69 amps soho, otherwise no one outside of this forum will give it any credibility.

dont worry about sounding stupid...people may be picky about tone, but not when it comes to your voice. just don't talk too much. explain what needs to be explained, but keep it short and sweet and let the equipment being demoed do the talking for you. nobody likes a demo with too much talking. and dont worry too much about your playing either, a good demo does not require great playing, imo. :idk:
