cant really tell from the videos noodlescratching
not controversial at all! i don't think it's really very tubescreamer-y... much less blanket-y than a tubescreamer with more low end, a bit less mids and clearer highs. i'll have the guitarist in my band do a demo this week - he only plays jazzmasters.

this is all correct.
in the simplest terms... it's an overdrive/fuzz that can also get all fucked up/broken cable/gated compression sounding controlled by the input dynamics. i think the videos pretty accurately capture what it can do. i mean, sure it can do more, but that all depends on what's before/after it and i only have so many pedals to try that out with. is there something specific that you want me to show/highlight? i'll be making more demos as soon as things get silkscreened.
they're $200 and will be available direct as well as through fuzzhugger, prymaxe vintage and crush the button as soon as they are screen-printed (1-2 weeks-ish).
i'd love to see a demo of it's "normal" overdrive/fuzz sounds, if possible. already sold on the "fuck".
So I'm pretty sure I'm going to sell my OCDv2 for one of these. I just wanna hear the range of distortion. I get the 'fuck' and want the 'fuck'. If this can go from boost to fuzzesque, it certainly will knock some things off my list.
