To achieve this, you could just get a looper with a clean blend, and run your fuzz in the loop, and your OD/ Dirty Boost drivig that.
I had ab idea to create a bypass box with two loops. And use a crossfader(like da DJzzzz) and blend between the two loops. This way you get fuzz and mod or whatever and with the proper rubber tip you could use your foot to fade to each side.
I'm going to try and figure it out... Cause I think I could do some cool things with this. Like do your modulation and build up and slowly start fading to fuzz or whatever... Could be cool for transitions and other things.
