I ordered one of these after seeing this thread, and got it yesterday. Wow Tom this thing is amazing. I haven't had a chance to really play at a decent volume (this weekend it'll get a workout), but even at low amp volumes it sounds great. So many sounds.

yeah, I've noticed and warned friends that it's easy to fool Yourself looking at the exchange rates to figure out the overseas product prices...
With the shipping and the VAT and customs post office fee is counted on that it always seeems the government gets the money I've managed to save with the exchange rates, buying direct.

I guess the government really nneeds the small change as bad as I do.
Yeah, pretty much. Some pedals you have to buy from the US or Canada because nobody stocks them or if they do it's at insane prices (Thesegoto11 is horrendously expensive). That said, some stores do declare a lower customs value in which case importing becomes considerably cheaper.
Crush will be selling the Algal Bloom for € 125, they charge € 12 for shipping -> € 137
Tom's price is $129, $12 for cheapest shipping, $141/1,4= € 100 + customs charge at 25% + base customs fee (€15) = € 140

Controls are Level / Bias / Intensity and then high and low tone controls with a toggle to remove the tone stack. Has send and return just like the Upper. This looks great Tom! Thank you!!!

Realer than Real Deal Holyfield. Super real. Traveling this weekend though so I won't get to try it out until next week. It's based on the other side of the Phantom Arcade.
