I love that pedal. Never been able to justify the price (the AD-999 is just one I have access to, no money down there) though.

Since I can't depend on the Maxon forever, I might as well do a micro-hijack:

I'm pretty sure I'm not alone here, but I tend to use 'verb/delay pedals for freakouts and washes of "OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" rather than actual, you know, uses.

Basically, my dream delay can nail one of these days, as well as getting super cavernous and Tibetan-chanty. The darker the better.

What'chya got for me, ILF?

Gah I want to try an echo 600D so bad, why are they so hard to find?

Cause nobody sells them :idk:

Because Malekko always discontinues his only good pedals, and it works, because it drives the prices up ridiculously. And because, yeah, no one sells them because they sound fucking amazing

Memory toy is the only pedal I've traded and then gotten back.

Using the Ekko 616 at the moment. It's good for little slapback and chorus type stuff, but I'd like to get a hold of something with a tap tempo and looping. Been looking at the Headrush.

I have 2 Modtone Analog Delays. They're pretty good for what they are. I bought each of them for under $50.

Digitech Digidelay... I hate the way they make me type "digi" twice, just to really drive home how freaking digital it sounds...
Thing is, I find the delays I like on guitar (normally an Echobox) don't work for me on bass and I loose definition. So I use this old thing, and it works a treat for me.

I really loved mine but in the end with my setup ect. it was too muddy and got completely lost in the mix with a band. I wish I still had it for at home wankery but with a full band and playing bass I go digital. Im using m13

i'm boring. i actually like digital delays on bass more than analog. unless i want a huge wall of Feedbacky Ear Doom, analog gets too washed out for me pretty quick.

i like the M9. most of it is meh, but i dig the delays and a few other weird thingers on it.

I use a very Keeley modded Boss DD-3. I may get other delays...ahem Brian...but I'll always keep my DD-3.

Agreed, and I love analogue delays for guitar. I bring it upon myself a lot by playing bass ridiculously hard, but aggressive playing is where toanz come from so I'm not stopping that.

hmm, I have an old Boss digital delay sitting in a box. Maybe I'll give it a try.
Maybe partying will help.
