Looper recommendations?

Post by CBGB »

Does anyone have any good advice about loopers? I've tried out a Boss Loop Station but I didn't like having to double-tap the pedal to sample - not great for playing live. Was hoping to pay less than $200 too...

Are there any cool boutique looper pedals? Has anyone tried the Audio Disease Junkfi Sampler?

Thanks! :thumb:

From what I've heard the Junkfi sampler doesn't play back automatically. :idk:

From what I can tell, the Boss and Digitech loopers are both pretty good. :idk:

I have an EHX 2880, and it's pretty amazing-- it just seems to clip too early. >.< (Which is kinda neat, 'cause I like using it as a distortion box).

I use an RC-20 with pretty good results. I wish it had a little more headroom, but it's cool that it runs at 9v.
