Ok, not to be a troll, although I totally am—last thing I'll say about this.
Do you guys really think the neck pickup on a $300 Squire is going to be "the best sound in the world"?

Personally, I dig the JM neck pickup idea.

I'm surprised they felt the need to do another p90 Jag already. Especially when they should know what really want is a cheap Jag with actual Jag pickups! I mean seriously, not even one?

No, I've never heard any Squire pickup I'd classify as "the best sound in the world".

I matched the headstok on my squier for about 20 bucks. It an't cost THAT much more.
