Epiphone GT series

Post by Gearmond »

it appears this bit has slipped under the radar from what i've seen

cheap-ass guitar with a li'l killswitch

played around with it today, and its reeeeeeeeeeeally fun and fairly intuitive. it could be placed a scooch better, but you can still pick and do the killswitch.

pair it with a delay and it would probably sound really really cool.

talking with the dude in the shop and he agreed that its dumb as hell to put it in the style of guitar they did. very few people who want a killswitch will want an explorer or a black LP

am i the only person that's confused by the need for a dedicated killswitch on a Les Paul-type guitar when you can just turn off the volume on the PU you're not using and use the pickup selector?

as a person that would do that frequently, there is a HUGE difference when you play it because the rhythmic response is immediate rather than off-back-on-off
