yeah a few of them have done that... when i first saw one like that i was a little weirded out so i tested it a lot more than a "regular" one and couldn't discern any difference. it could be a number of reasons why it does that, but i didn't explore too much since i couldn't get it to work any differently from a regular one. don't be too concerned about it!
I like having its both holes filled, i've got the Taste The Bacon booster/fuzz before it on full blast (overloading trannies -> nasty superloud gated fuzz)
