haha, well Bank of Mom loaned me some money, in light of new orders. camera has been sorted. Yeah, i'm hoping when we get the prototype together we can get some pre-orders to raise the scratch for produciton units. That's the plan anyway. Either that or sell some guitar.

Had a meeting with my Amp Man.... We're getting a 50 watt Marshall style transformer, but Derrick has a spare 100 watt that we will try in it's place and choose which sounds better. Oh and I need an AC cable.

Did you decide on 100 watt vs 50 watt?

MOst likely the 100 watt transformer, for greater headroom, and less chance of transformer blowout. The amp itself will be putting out about 50 watts regardless.

Oh, I knows it, but Derek laid it out, and the main point of the tourettes board is to facilitate extreme ease of construction modification and repair.

Amps will always need repair. Values drift over time, sound changes. And modding is THE COOLEST. I'm not trying to find the easy way out here, IM TELLIN THE TRUTH.

That looks fucking lush! When I build another amp, one of these days, I'm definitely using turret board. These amps are going to look lovely put together. I cam't wait to see some photos of the interior when it's done.
