I haven't worked in a restaurant in years, but prepping would be a chill job.
My jeep's all packed up for my move to Oregon in the morning. Finally get to live in a place where there's not an oppressive monoculture! hopefully, I mean it's possible there is one, but even so it would be unlikely to be as bad what's going on in Utah
I JUST MET DAVE CHAPPELLE. He was walking beside me on Michigan ave as I was doing a delivery I ask if he was the man, and instantly he says yes and give me and shake jokes about a wedding going on I the chapel next to us and dips out in a cab. God so awesome
Got job interviews lined up at a couple venues and a wine tasting room, my lady has moved from Canada to the states to be with me, and had a killer improv jam circle at a coffee house the other night. Things are looking up!
I have an apartment in Pocatallo...it's a surprisingly large place for a $350 one-bedroom, and it's very weird unpacking the stuff i've had in the back of the truck ever since i left California. but with pictures up on the walls and blankets hanging in the windows it's weird guitarist home. at some point after i get internet access this week i'm going to write about the journey from there to here. i hope everyone is well. i don't have the time to catch up all over the forum till Tuesday or Wednesday when the net gets hooked up.
