I saw this picture of Hendrix, all he used was a wah.... And not even the Jim Dunlop Jimi Hedrix wah, just some old thing.....
Jimi didn't realise the horrible tone suck we had to listen to every time he used that wah.

Just picked up the V-4 today from a friend. For FREE! :!!!: :!!!: :!!!: It's not in working order and has been sitting for 10+ years, so I'll have to sink some dough into it with a good tech, but I'm still pretty jazzed to finally have one of these. Li'l guy on the right is my '64 Superbreverb (Reverborocket with a 15")

Free is a good price for one of those working or not. At minimum, makes a bad ass doorstop or paperweight

Indeed! Or a weapon to drop from the balcony on marauding invaders.

Cab came with it too & works. Not sure how it'll sound with guitar but I'll give it a shot. Guessing I'll wanna flip it for a nice 2 or 4x12.

yep, the rectifier took a fall down some stairs one time and I had to order a new shell for it so I went with what they call wine taurus I believe. The les Paul is a 1980 with a manlius fat goat bridge pickup. At some point I want to get a matching cab, but that is going to be awhile from now.
