Nah, Garritt uses the old school Matamp, I think Parker said 70's. Asechiah uses the White and the Guild

And yeah, I've been curious too, but their parts kits seem expensive. Like over $1k for a kit that isn't assembled. For a few hundred more you can just find a Matamp used

Yeah its around $1100-1200 for everything needed to build it. Now if you wanted to build your own I guess you could save some funds that way , plus if anything breaks you'd know how to replace it. But your right you could get a preassembled one for not much more.

Also I noticed in a couple pics that Parker uses an Ampeg Scrambler and his old Muff. I love how he keeps it all pretty much true vintage. And his new SG bass is SIIIICCCCCKKKK.

It's not a scrambler. It's a Sub Blaster that I worked on for him a long time ago when I first started building. It's like a primitive Meatbox/octave pedal throwing 1-2 octaves down. It's just mix and octave. I've tried finding another, cause it rules on bass and has pretty decent tracking, but they're really expensive.

He's really digging that SG bass too. He found it on tour and said it's got a lot more lows than the Rics

Big PCB's ain't no problem for you!!! Just means a bigger enclosure! The chips may be the reason why you don't see any or many clones out there.

I think it was the long scale combined with the set neck and mudbucker. I really wanna build another p-bass but this time put a mudbucker in it.

I've been considering one of the long scale Epi's to mod, and I have a T-Bird sitting around broken I've been thinking of doing the same thing with.

Let's do it up dude!!!! Whats wrong with the T-bird and how much broken gear you got sitting around? You need to start bringing it all over so I can build you some functioning stuff out of all of it.

Depth Max (it's wired reverse) / Drive 3 / Bass 3:30 / Treble 12:00 / Presence Max / Volume 11:00

Quick question, sunn concert lead = sunn concert bass + reverb, correct? If so, it should be powerful enough for me to use live with bass right? And this isn't doom either, so the volumes probably won't be too obscenely loud lol

I think it's just the jack wiring? I lost the washer and didn't use it for any of the stuff I was using so I just haven't bothered to fix it. As far as broken gear, who knows honestly... Tons of pedals and stuff that are beat all to shit and don't do things or cut out. I'll start bringing it over in batches lol. Also, I have a Squier P Bass body that currently holds my quarter lb pickup, so I can bring that over and we can turn it into a mudbucker bass if you want! I have the neck too, it's just not very nice.

Does your tone vary alot with volume? How all the knobs interact is crazy, you crank volume to get mids and tame the treble. The bass knob past the setting I have it at increases volume as well and the Presence knob interacts very differently than any other one on any other amp I've tried.

Skully, I'd love to meet you dude! Skip, will do! The pickguard that's currently in the Squier looks terrible though, so I may just buy a replacement black one and use that. The neck is rosewood, but it's an affinity bass that came in a starter pack, and just doesn't feel great. I've considered thinning it down or something and seeing if that helps.
