Are there any good VSTs that do Whammy/POG/HOG type stuff?

Eventide's H3000 plugin thing is on sale through the end of the month. Might not be instant gratification, but I think you should be able to get in the ballpark of all of those sounds with that toolkit.

Pitch shifting is a "get what you pay for" type of effect so keep that in mind.
