For what it's worth, the plead guilty and give them a shit ton of money does work, and if your continued employment is contingent on not having a DUI on record, it's a good idea.

Yeah, take the deal if you can.
Just had a situation in my family where someone turned down a deal and then the DA just dropped the flipping hammer.
They kinda deserved the hammer dropped, but would have walked away with Misdemeanor charges not felony if they took the initial offer. Wasted a year and thousands of dollars and actually got a worse deal.
one way or another either a lawyer or the government is probably getting your cash

For what it's worth, I'm dealing with a similar thing right now, so, you know, solidarity.

Guitarist is throwing a hissy fit because I've been sick as balls with the flu for a week and haven't had the energy to respond to his constant neurotic circular search for self assurance.

Dude, that is sadly the right choice.
Big picture, man.

How can we poison old people so weed is legalized faster. We know it's going to be, but who are these people who actually still oppose it?
I say we all take personal responsibility and kill our grandparents.

Or just get them stoned and show them a good time?
Edit: Possibly with a group of people consisting of members of groups they have been discriminating against for no good reason for decades?

Nah, I don't hold much hope for changing people like that.
Easier just to change them to being dead.
I've been mega irritable the last couple days for a number of reasons. I really need to get drunk with someone and have a silly, pointless conversation.

Re: The spite, hate, rage, apathy and mild irritation thread
I am currently drinking and listening to a lecture about the myth of race and what to do about questions regarding culture and ethnicity and equality in education.
It is pretty cool.
Old people really shit me too, but lately I'm on a "live and let live" trip.
I was previously on the "get me off this rock, let the troglodytes eat each other" junket.
So I know your feels.

Re: The spite, hate, rage, apathy and mild irritation thread
I took a sick day yesterday (was actually sick) and spent a lot of time working on music. I made a really good amount of progress and im stoked with how its coming out.
Now I'm back at my office with nothing to do and its so frustrating. I just want to keep working on the tunes. Im sure this is a common sentiment for those who like makng things... mer.

Oh yeah, I still don't have a job. :O
That's really a good thing, but the not having income part is bad. Gotta sell some pedals. :c I don't want to, but I'm really not using them either since I drum so much now.
